My sister was working with a consultancy firm and through her reference I gave Interview & got a job.

I’m currently working with a Manpower Consultancy Firm/Recruitment firm. Recruitment is a process of acquiring manpower requirements from Corporate clients/Industries through corporate HR’s.
The job requires us to hunt for candidates according to the client’s requirements through different social sites/job portals, job posting.
If we find relevant candidate matching with the client’s requirement & the said candidate is interested for the company and the job profile, we then share the Interested candidate CVs.
We follow up with the client for feedback.
If the candidate’s CV is shortlisted then we line up the candidates for telephonic / face to face interview according to client’s instructions.
If the shortlisted candidate cracks Interview, they join the company after serving notice period.
