Job Objective –
This role is primarily responsible to help us meet our sales growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Roles and Responsibilities –
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.
Own team building, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
5 to 10 years
Knowledge and skill set –
Strong sales experience in toughened glass industry.
Strong business to business sales background.
Strong connections with builders, architects, interior designers, industrialists.
Should have experience of building a sales distribution network.
Should work on costing part and should be able to communicate with different departments of the business.
Good communication skills to interact with customers.
Commercially savvy to handle making of costing and business proposals
Willing to travel on a regular basis.
3,00,000/- to 6,00,000/- (if the person is from a good company and already worked in a reputed areas then the company will meet the salary requirement based on interview performance.)
