M.A/B.A/B.Com , MS office & Outlook , Advance MS Excel , Typing Speed 40 + min. , fluent in english communication and excellent at drafting letters and mails, know how of google search.
Minimum 2 years experience in the same field having experience in Tally.
Drafting all correspondence mails for Director and other official letters , Proper filing and naming of documents, In absence of Receptionist , manage the front desk , Managing All Incoming & outgoing Call , Managing all the peons and Subordinate Staff in the office Responsible for all the Coordination in the office , and courier handling, office stationaries, attendance register , conversion of PDF to Excel , Word.., Making comparison sheet of similar product.
