Experience- 05+ year’s channel and retail sales experience with minimum 2-3 years in the Construction Material/Glass Processing industry.
Well established contacts with Builders/Developers, Glass Fabricators,
Interior Turnkey Contractors, Glass Doors & Windows Manufacturer, Glass
Dealers and OEM’s.
Qualification- Any graduate with relevant sales experience.
Ability to handle area/regional sales
Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes by analysing the
inquiries in hand, order pipeline and fresh order logins.
Ability to analyse, establish and execute a pre-sale and post sales
strategy
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the define
area/region
Ability to handle project and retail sales to achieve individual sales
targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key
personnel in existing and new customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Manage and oversee the daily sales operations of defined
area/region and do timely reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new
market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers
requirement
Plan detailed sales plan for their respective markets
Good communication skills to interact with customer and company
internal functions.
