Business Development Manager

Experience- 05+ year’s channel and retail sales experience with minimum 2-3 years in the Construction Material/Glass Processing industry.
Well established contacts with Builders/Developers, Glass Fabricators,
Interior Turnkey Contractors, Glass Doors & Windows Manufacturer, Glass
Dealers and OEM’s.

Qualification- Any graduate with relevant sales experience.

Ability to handle area/regional sales
 Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes by analysing the
inquiries in hand, order pipeline and fresh order logins.
 Ability to analyse, establish and execute a pre-sale and post sales
strategy
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the define
area/region
 Ability to handle project and retail sales to achieve individual sales
targets
 Establish productive and professional relationships with key
personnel in existing and new customer accounts
 Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
 Manage and oversee the daily sales operations of defined
area/region and do timely reporting
 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
 Perform research and identify new potential customers and new
market opportunities
 Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers
requirement
 Plan detailed sales plan for their respective markets
 Good communication skills to interact with customer and company
internal functions.

Job Descriptions  To identify and appoint potential customers for processed glass in

Architectural and Automotive sector.
 Contribute by achieving defined Sales Targets by identifying new
customers.

Salary- 3.60 to 4.8 lakhs CTC per annum and negotiable
