è HR Policies and Procedures
o Drafting HR policies and procedures and rolling out the same after the Management’s
o See the viability of the policies written like company values, comply with laws and regulations and ensure the policies are specific and clear.
o Sensitizing the policies to the on-boarded employees and the existing employees, every year.
o Advise the employees on the policies and handling queries related to it.
o Ensure the policies are implemented and the employees’ adherence.
o Designed and rolled out SOPs of HR function at corporate level.
è Organizational Management
o Consulting with leaders to anticipate future staffing requirements in line with their business plans and ensure the costs are prepared for top management review, on monthly basis
o Updating organization charts and ensure the reporting relationships are streamlined as per management direction& changing operating/business models
o Consulting with Head of department on any alignment issues and changes in the organization structures and modifies the organograms.
è Talent acquisition
o Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
o Suggesting changes in the recruitment & selection policies/ processes and obtains necessary approvals from the IB/HOD on the changes proposed
o Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
o Involving in writing JDs of the specified roles.
è Compensation/ Benefit
o Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the same.
o Ensuring compensation strategies and policies are consistent with established Company-wide goals. Consistently administering compensation plans and recommending changes as necessary.
o Maintaining knowledge of compensation trends, updating policies and practices to
ensure the company’s competitive position in the market.
o Instructing personnel regarding compensation policy, procedure, and program changes.
o Answering queries of employees regarding pay and ensuring speedy resolution of problems.

è Performance Management:
o Getting involved in setting KRAs of various department employees in consultation with the respective HODs and as per the organization goals.

o Attending all queries raised by unit HR employees on Performance Management System and coordinating with EDP for any technical issues of HRMS/ address any other queries
o Responsible for entire gamut of appraisal activities from ‘Setting of KRAs’ to ‘Release of the increments’.
è Employee Engagement:
o Planning and designing various employee engagement activities and ensure positive employee connect with the organization / at the workplace i.e. Learn & Fun, team building activities, special day celebrations, sports events.
o Designing innovative rewards and recognition practices and obtains approvals from Head HR for implementing employee engagement initiatives.
o Rolling out Employee Recognition programs and communications of current programs and development of new programs.
o Planning, communicating and implementing the events
o Be an active participant towards the greater alignment of overall HR Programs
è Grievance Handling
o Handling/Resolving employee relations issues and extremely confidential and sensitive issues within scope of responsibilities. Escalates issues to Director of Human Resources where appropriate.
o Working with all levels of management in the organization in response to complaints and employee issues including investigation of such complaints and issues and providing guidance on necessary improvement or actions plans
o Maintains a strong understanding of employment law and company policies
è Exit Management:
o Conducting exit interviews and work on exit formalities / full and final settlements.
o Coordinating with legal department for all issues that require legal actions to be initiated and ensure the follow up of notices from time to time
o Preparing attrition analysis.
è Oracle HRMS:
o Actively involving in the automation of the HRIS reports and the implementation of the ORACLE – HRMS module.
o Designing the Org Structure and also closely working with the Technical team in the further amendments in the reports or designs.
è Other Human Resource Functions :
o Making Budget for HR operations and ensure adherence to the same.
o HR & Recruitment cost analysis. Strategising to work within the assigned budget limits.
o People development within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretched targets and take leadership position.
o Rolling out Training calendar as per the budget assigned.
o To build and retain high performance team.
o MIS, Dashboards and presentation of HR plans/ policies.
o Involving in statutory audits of the units.
o Assisting Head HR in employee succession planning.
o Involving in cost cutting measures all across organization.
