We are hiring for a reputed Retail sector.
CTC 3,00,000 – 4,20,000. p a
JD for that is :
1. Should have a minimum of 2 years and maximum 5 years experience as an eCommerce customer service role.
2. Email Process
3. Live Chat Process
4. Call Process
5. Responding to issues such as service inquiries, problem resolution
6. Handling customer escalations
7. Informing customers of any delays in orders due to delivery or other factors.
8. Coordinating with vendors for urgent orders/deliveries.
9. Placing abandoned orders for the amount that we received through multiple payment channels.
10. Reading order notes sent by customers and letting the concerned team know about it.
11. Informing vendors with measurement customization details sent by customers on email.
Position is for Females only
Location : Vile Parle East
Timings : 9 am – 6 pm
1 holiday a week will be rotational.
