Responsibilities and Duties
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending
human resource policies and procedures.
Retains historical human resource records.
Counseling and disciplining employees.
Prepares employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Recruitment avenues including low cost recruitment sourcing
Pay roll process
Should be aware of PF & ESIC rules
Keeping a track of monthly attendance.
Tallying cash vouchers of service staff.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
-Proven working experience as HR Manager.
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
– Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
-People oriented and results driven.
– Thorough with industrial disputes act, labor laws.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
