Create leads and ability to  convert to deal closures .using skills on sales 
Job Description
●       Works as a go to market driven  lead generator and Sales consultant to meet individual sales targets
●        Improve business opportunities , creating and attracting new patrons aligned to business goals
●        Implementation of sales , Promoting and meeting Sales & Marketing strategies 
●        Develop opportunities through, cold-call prospecting, lead generation, acquisition from data driven through email promotions, web inquiries, phone  inquiries, visiting clients etc.
●        Skills & Attributes Willingness to travel and work out outside office all day long and sometimes stretch work
●        Researches industries, markets, demographics, trends, sales results, and other data related to the client’s products or                      services
●        Recommends specific marketing approaches and spending budgets to achieve the client’s desired sales goals
●        Hands on exp in Digital Marketing or Social media marketing and social media marketing platforms, Online Marketing is preferred 
●        Good Communication Skills and capability to promote software product as service
●        Ability to multitask with several tools, work independently and prioritize task  being result driven

●        Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills, building  good client relationships

●        Maintain Knowledge of HR market conditions and competitive activities. Responsible for achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and  Annual Goals

Salary: Relative with incentive linked to productivity.
