Team Lead – Job Responsibilities

TL Exp – minimum 1 year on paper

Expertise – US Mortgage Post-Closing, Investor Delivery/Submissions/Shipping, Secondary markets

Should have the ability to handle 4-5 clients & 25-30 employees, all functions and report out client performance dash in each shift.

  • Daily Assist the Team Leads and Deputy Manager/ Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract newer talent pool of employees
  • Daily Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture: Team Motivation
  • Daily Review and Set team goals on daily basis with uniform distribution of workload
  • Daily Oversee day-to-day operation and report out end of the day performance
  • Daily Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Daily Discover training needs and provide coaching Identifying department/associate’s training needs, devising and managing feedback sessions
  • Daily Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Daily Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Daily Encourage creativity and risk-taking abilities without taking client or customer impact
  • Daily Suggest and organize team building activities
  • Daily Highlighting Disciplinary Issues to Process Manager
  • Daily Controlling Shrinkage and Attrition ratio
  • Daily Attendance to be sent to MIS
  • Daily and Weekly performance feedback
  • Daily briefing (SOD/ EOD) and MOM’s, if it is agreeable with the Quality Errors and Client Concerns
  • Ensure all SME’s are sending end of the day reports to the clients on achievements, slacks if any the back up plan to achieve currency
  • Daily Managing coordination of the Quality Analysts and people involved in tasks
  • Daily Recording and managing task issues and escalating where necessary
  • Daily Resolving cross-functional issues at task level
  • Daily Perform root cause analysis for any negative feedback sent by Client
  • Daily Monitoring team performance
  • Daily Providing error reports to the Assistant Manager and other Team Leaders
  • Daily Managing Quality sessions for all departments
  • Daily Available on all client calibration calls and developing MOM’s only for existing clients
  • Daily Identifying warning signals of probable attritions
  • Available for daily and weekly review for the span performance with the Management
  • Daily Development of Client specific SOP’s and SLA

 

Salary is as per the current CTC of the candidate.
